Please note that this is the only IIGANN 2025 official website for purchasing registration fees, accommodation and additional services. Be cautious of fraudulent websites.

Registration Fees

These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation. Registration fees include 21% VAT.

*Members of The Czech Society of Nephrology (CSN)

**In order to benefit from the Young physicians and researcher fee applicants must be doctors in training for Nephrology and be under 35 years old. They need to upload their valid ID scanned from both sides.

***In order to benefit from the Student fee applicants must be full-time students at the time of the Symposium and need to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides or a letter from their university department as a proof of their student status. Post doctorate students are not eligible for this rate.

****Special fee for attending the ISN course, which will take place on 16 and 17 September 2025.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all Symposium Scientific Sessions and live discussions
• Admission to the Exhibition area and Poster sessions
• Admission to the Opening and Closing ceremony
• Symposium Materials
• Refreshment during the Symposium (Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee)
   

How to register

To register for the Symposium, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:

1.  Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
2.  Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee
3.  Pay online by debit/credit card or by bank transfer

For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the IIGANN 2025 Secretariat at iigann2025@guarant.cz.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your e-mail address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 3 September 2025. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the Online Payment System.

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of each party.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

The IIGANN 2025 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at iigann2025@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

In case of cancellation of the Symposium due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.

Name change

If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the IIGANN 2025 Secretariat at iigann2025@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after 15 July 2025.

Visa requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. We recommend that presenters apply for their visas by the end of May 2025 at the latest. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
